From the supplier: Fund raisers have the responsibility to be limitless in their job as change agents. As key factors to institutional progress, fund raisers must 'let themselves out of the box' of the past and open themselves up to new possibilities, both for professional and personal advancement. A chart featuring nine dots that represent a perfect square can be interpreted as the potential stand, the action of pondering, letting go of the bananas, listening, discovering what is yet to happen, being coachable, make commitments, undertake some action and establish links with others.

Competitive insurance bids vs. strategic alliances. (insurance for property management firms)(Insurance Insights): An article from: Journal of Property Management
This digital document is an article from Journal of Property Management, published by Institute of Real Estate Management on May 1, 1996. The length of the article is 1267 words. The page length shown above is based on a typical 300-word page. The article is delivered in HTML format and is available in your Amazon.com Digital Locker immediately after purchase. You can view it with any web browser.
From the supplier: Property management firms in need of insurance have a choice between competitive bidding and strategic alliances. In competitive bidding, several competing brokers or insurance companies provide quotations from which property managers can choose. This approach is widely believed to result in the most beneficial coverage proposals and costs for property managers. However, it has drawbacks that need to be considered, including the amount of time needed to complete the bidding process and the uncertainty of the bids. Strategic alliances, on the other hand, are relationships established with the property management firm's current broker or insurance company or both. The advantages of this approach include favorable treatment, financial accuracy and budget stability, while its disadvantages include missing out on opportunities to meet other service providers that offer better deals. Factors to consider in choosing between the two techniques are discussed.

Open Question: let's discuss Ramos & compean?
these men are the border patrol agents who are in jail because a drug smuggler crossed into this country was shot. My question is did these agents stand and shot over the border or did this happen on US soil? our out going president thinks they should be jailed. These agents are issued guns and are trained to GUARD THE BORDER, why are they issued guns, like all other guards and police? to control people that might not follow the laws of this country, like entering this country via crawl. These men should have a shrine in all police departments and praised by the masses. THEY ARE HEROS. They were doing their jobs. How do we explain that these men are in jail? The man they shot is a drug smuggler. Who is benefiting from the smugglers? Would the judge, his lawyer be benefiting? These men were doing what they were trained and paid to do. Protect this country because they do not work for HOMELAND SECURITY it is not allowed. I think the G has enough to do with drug smugglers and would appreciate any help they can get. ie tip lines. Who is running this county the pinps, smugglers, gun runners?Wake up we are a dying breed.

Open Question: Why are the Dallas Stars during bad this season please?
They are not scoring that much. I remember the 07- 08 Dallas Stars. We were in the top 5 of the West and We were scoring alot by Hagman and by other people. In 09- 10, I want the Stars to be top 5 in the West and sign some good scoring free agents and I want them to be top 5 in power play, scoring, penalty kill,Goals against aveage, and shootout wins. I want them to let Hull come out of being GM and play for our team. What do y'all think. I want them to be like The red wings and Sharks because those two teams have depth on defense, goaltending, and offense. Thanks for the answers.

Open Question: Just how good is a 99 on the ASVAB?
I recently got a 99 on the ASVAB and had not only my recruiter but several others saying that they have never even seen one. I was just wondering how good this actually was and if I should be proud of it. Oh and I was thinking about going MI and being an Intel Analyst and then later moving on to a Counter-Intel Agent. Let me know what ya'll think.
Also please list any other suggestions you may have for what MOS I should pick.

Open Question: a clockwork orange theatre?
hey ladies and gents,
im 19 and after many years acting ive been asked to direct my own play that runs for the week in the local theatre which is extremely popular!
ive chosen a clockwork orange because of my simple love for the film and think it will be a real enjoyment to direct a cast in it.
i have a very well experienced cast but am still worried as hell over the entire thing!
after reading a few reviews online people have been negative towards the play and said it was bad and obviously just starting i cant have that reputation :D
what i was wondering is should i continue to adapt from the film or do it INSTEAD from the book version?
i have to have a fair few ideas by saturday for the play for people to hear including my agent who is taking the matter serious so if you guys have any tips or have seen or had experience in the title can u please fire away with some ideas or let me no here if u can send me an email
all the best
thanks

Open Question: Help! My immersion water heating unit always stays on despite switch being off for past few days.?
I have this old copper vessel like water heating unit in a water heater cupboard, (basically old fashioned immersion heat). From past 4-5 days I have noticed the water through the hot water taps comes boiling hot despite us not switching on the water heater for days. So I went and checked this heating unit..and found it persistently hot, despite the switch on the wall being off. I see a thick wire connecting this switch on the wall to the immersion element at the bottom of this heating unit. There is nothing else on that copper vessel like unit which i can see except the incoming and outgoing pipe and this small round part where this wire goes in, and this part is secured with a cover..no meter or switches on the heating unit itself. I am thinking there must be some sort of short circuit and basically the switch on the outer wall is not working. I am really worried since this is a 3Kw heater and my electricity bill is constantly going up...my letting agent is taking so much time to arrange an electrician ..I want to know what I can do to stop this. I have also had a look at the Main EB panel. Its an old fashioned one with three fuses and there are no circuit breakers which works for the heater alone...so that is something I am sure I cannot play with. Please please suggest me any ideas as soon as possible.

Open Question: A question about CCJs (a little long!)?
I am 100% sure I was given 2 CCJs about two years ago, which I am still paying now. They are not for very much, and I now make regular payments to everything.
Me and my partner have just gone through a reference check with a letting agents as we have found a place we want to move into. I was honest on the paperwork and said I had CCJs to prevent any comebacks. I had a call from the people who conduct the reference search this morning to ask for more info about the CCJs, as she had just run a search on my details and they didn't appear!! (Housing reference checks only search for really bad history like CCJs and Bankruptcies) She says I must just have a payment plan with them, but as I have payment plans with other companies I'm sure I would know. I just agreed with her as I didn't want to push the fact I had CCJs if she couldn't find them on an official search!
Does anyone know what could have happened? I don't want to chase anyone to have them put on my credit file (I printed mine off last year and didn't see them on there either) but I want to know if they really are CCJs. If I call the company I pay and they made a mistake by not informing the public list thing (sorry unsure of its official term) I don't want to them to apply them now. Could they?
Sorry for going on, just wanted to be through!
Thanks in advance.
Simon... I remember getting a letter saying if I pay the amounts outstanding in full within one month then they wouldn't apply the CCJs to me. That wasn't an option at the time so I waited for the judgment to arrive, and I'm paying the reduced amounts per month now. I haven't changed my name, but I have changed addresses.
Not sure what to do now! I don't want to call them to correct their mistake obviously, but I also want to know so if I ever have to answer the 'adverse credit' question again I can put 'no' without any problems.
