Open Question: Newquay Caravan sites which takes 18 year olds!?
A group of about 7 o us really want to go to newquay on holiday this summer, but we are really struggling to find a caravan site that will take us due to our age!! we dont want to stay in the 18-30's due to bad reviews..
any ideas of places we could stay preferably a caravan site in newquay which is reasonably cheap and near.

Open Question: Un site de camping avec mobil-home en France / Bretagne ?
Hello. I am looking for a nice site with Canvas holidays or Keycamp etc. to stay in a mobile home. Have a young family - ages up to 11. Prefer to be next to nice clean beach probably in Brittany. Nice restaurant or pub on site would be good. Friendly staff in restaurant and site would be good. Reasonably large emplacements and caravans with end lounges would be great. Good facilities on site like waterpark but maybe not too many as dont want hordes of teenagers ! Also if the campsite runs a kids club that would be good. And also nice places to visit nearby or to cycle to. I know its quite a lot to ask but can anyone recommend a site ? We have stayed the last three years at St Cast, Benodet and De La Baie at Trinite sur Mer. They all had great things going for them but each had something negative too.

Open Question: Ideas for what to do for a cheap short holiday in southwest UK next month for me and my boyfriend?
My boyfriend and I want to go away for a couple of days next month. We both live in Cornwall and don't have personal transport. We've looked at Butlins and caravan holidays but either it's a bit out of our price range or the caravan sites are closed! We're able to pay about £200 each. Neither of us have passports so we can't go abroad.
Can you think of any ideas?

my friends and I are 17 and we want to go camping in tents, we need to book two sites. Is there a caravan park that will let us book in our parents names and stay there with only one 18 year old? (In Northern NSW or Southern QLD)

Resolved Question: Can anbody answer this? If we don't get an answer the cat may have to go :(?
We've had our cat Felix (imaginative, I know) for almost a year now. He settled in remarkably quickly - he was rubbing up against us after a few hours. He eats well, uses his litter tray and is really friendly.
He is a rescue cat, in case this helps.
Our problem is, he will not stop pulling his fur out. He's a genuinely content cat - we've been to the vet with him, and they didn't seem to think that he had any skin irritations, and they didn't judge him as 'stressed'. The amount of fur is not always major - sometimes it's just a little tuft on a chair, but sometimes a section of the floor as big as a dinner plate is just covered with tufts of hair.
Could it be a habit like a human biting its nails? Or is it something deeper rooted? We don't know his background before being rescued - he was found wandering around at a caravan site.
To clarify, it's not a major hair pulling issue - my dad has literally 0 tolerance and has declared that he is going in the new year. He's at his wit's end and I just don't know what to do - would it be worth punishing him when we catch him pulling it out? Spraying a little bit of water onto his face maybe? I don't know if that's cruel or anything, but at this stage, I'll be willing to try anything if it will make him stop.
He's brushed regularly and it could be a lack of sleep - I'll keep an eye on him.
We've been to the vets and he has no allergies - sorry, I meant to say that!

Resolved Question: Trevornick Holiday Park,Holywell Bay, Cornwall...?
Has anybody on here ever used this site? We're looking at taking our (large) touring caravan there next year and would like to know what it's really like!! I've read a couple of reviews from Practical Caravan magazine etc but I'd like some details from 'real' people who have actually stayed there for a couple of weeks.I've got 2 kids-6 and 11- and want to know;
What the entertainment and facilities like for their ages?
How clean the loos and showers are(very important!!)
Is there a lot of noise from Holywell Adventure park next door?
Is there a lot of late night noise?(stayed at Haven in Perranporth 4 years ago and the noise was horrendous-loud music,shouting, screaming etc till after midnight.Not funny with young kids!)
And,most importantly-how did the pitches cope with all the wet weather the last 2 summers?Our summer hol just outside Bude was just a mudbath this year-i was ready to come home after 3 days,it was that bad!! Do they have any hard standing pitches?
