I love more guys answers, however women may have an edge on this too. I met this wondeful man, who told me he was a single father of his two year old son(the child resides with him full-time) I do not know the particulars about the mother nor her involvement, but I know she only sees the child about once every two weeks or so. Now, to elaborate on my point, he says he lives alone with the child(I have been to his house already), works 5am-2pm m-f and has a pretty decent car, yet I speak to him during the day time hours when he is at work, susupicous right? well when we met we spent the entire week end together and such, but when the work week arrives its only phone calls from work. Does he have a girlfriend that works and/or goes away the entire weekend or does he really just have a full plate during the week to his circumstances. I have been looking for some one so long with these chararacteristics such as myself(i.e.kids, college grad, hard working and self sufficent) I hate to pry too much into personal life to find out why, b/c he has not asked me personal things like this. he is rather shy, soft spoken and also seems perfect for me, besides this issue that is bothering me. Any advice on how I should handle it alos would be great, I am rusty in this area now. so,Serious replies everyone please. (more...)

Ok we have been married for 10 years. My parents are very overbearing and mean and have caused alot of problems. They have talked about made fun of and ridiculed my husband for years. I have to just to have their approval. My son which is my husbands step son has too. right before xmas I totally secluded my self from my family and have not spoke to them since right after thanksgiving . last friday we tried to have sex and just did not feel the connection there so he decided we needed time away from each other. so he left yet he calls daily it is so hard to talk to him and not cry. he never tells me he loves me on the phone . He says he has been hurt over the last 10 years and I have said over and over how sorry I am and I just want to show him I can be the wife he wants he says there is still a chance for us but I dont know for sure. What if he never comes back? he is coming over today to showere and clean up for he is staying in a camper shell at his mom and dads house. I love him so much and just want him to come home . he keeps saying let me come to you and I say what if you dont he say I feel i will. I dont want to wait forever for him to decide what he wants howver I love this man dearly. he says i am to emotional but I cannot help but to be . I know I have not been the best wife I just want to show him I can be the wife he wants. I dont want it to be over I am so scared it is over and i cannot bear to be without him. is it over what should I do? he keeps saying let me come to you and quit being so pushy it is so hard I just want him home. can anyone help me . thanks kim west thank you guys so much for the advice. I have had my eldest Killer for about 2.5 years, She had a litter of kittens and I kept one, her name is Sally who is about 8 months old. Sally had a litter about 12 weeks ago and Killer started to get aggressive to her, she ran away, but came back after a couple of weeks and now comes, once a day, or every second day. Killer was desexed after Sally was born and Sally was desexed about a week ago (no more kittens). The kittens went about 4 weeks ago, I took them to my mums' who hand fed them (with vets approval). But Killer, when she comes home is still aggressive to Sally and my other cat (male) Jinx, She hisses, scratches meows, chases them and growls. Killer also growls and hisses when i pat her or pick her up, but she won't bite or scratch me like she does the cats. Someone has already picked killer up and taken her to the RSPCA, who because she is microchipped, rang me to come pick her up, she was really friendly to everyone their and was her old self to my boyfriend in the car on the way home. When we got home she turned 'evil' again.. I kept her inside that night, away from the other cats but she was scratching on the door and meowing the whole time trying to get out.. So now she hardly comes home again and when she does, growls, hisses etc. I don't know what to do, she used to be such a lovely cat. I can't keep her from wondering away, I feel bad when I see how desperatly she wants to get out of the house when I lock her in and she doesn't use the kitty litter. I am moving into a studio home soon, which doesn't have seperate rooms, I don't know how I'm going to stop Killer from 'killing' the other cats because I can't seperate them and If i let her out i'm afraid she will get lost. I'm seriously thinking about rehoming her, but this will break my heart and I am trying to find another way. I know her behaviour is because of the kittens and she feels she is no longer the alpha cat, but when/how will this behaviour stop? Please Help!! Thank-you (more...)

I love my wife, but i never really seen eye to eye with my in laws, however i cannot deny that they mean well, we are just from different cultures and i can't stand it, some things happened and i spent about six months without looking their way so much, this made my wife suffer, and i don't like that, so i made an effort and made some amends, now they call her everyday, and i know that shouldn't bother me, but they also want us to go to their place or they come to ours, or whatever excuse they can mustard to be near their daughter. Now my wife is pregnant, about 8 months now, and i can see it getting worse. My father in law makes comments about my daughter being his too, he wants to buy everything, and says he is going to do the first month party, first birthday, buy his own stuff so she can stay over their house, and i am overwhelmed, her mother wants to come and clean my house, etc... i am very independent and not a mama's boy. i do everything for my self and i find them invasive. I already told them that i want to spend time alone with my wife, that i like to attend my house, and that i will provide for my family without help, and in the rear case that my wife or daughter ever need anything i wont let them starve, i will come and ask for help,but that didn't seem to work their beheavior is the same. Now i am to the point where whatever minimal thing they do is annoying and i don't even feel like visiting them, i just feel that when the baby is here it will get worse. anyone that can give me a new light will be apresiated. my ex boyfriend and i ended our relationship in may 2007 we still have regular contact because we have 2 young boys. i have recently met someone else with whom i really have feelings for, he is the only person i have met since ending my relationship, now my ex knows he is causing loads of problems telling our young boys who are 2 and 3 yrs old that their mummy is a slut! (excuse language)... and that noone will love me because no one has respect for single mothers.... just last week he broke my front door off its hinges because he found out! and early this morning he let him self into my house while i was asleep and went through my phone, broke it, then woke my boys up and came into my room and threw something at me and told me to start being a mother.. i really dont know what his problem is he wont even allow me to have lunch with friend while the boys are at preschool... this is exactly why we broke up in the first place.. how do i sort this problem out once and for all he is being a real child... How to help the homeless with a shelter I have been trying to find out how to start a homeless shelter and at this point I have decided to take a step on faith to get information need to be able to get started. 1) Find the requirements to open a shelter check with code and compliance on do's and don'ts. 2) Find funding-such as Grants, donations and fund raisers. 3) Get property type required and locations. 4) Check with local clubs, churchs, organization on assistance.
