Open Question: How much is it for renting a 1 bed room council flat weekly? ?
Me and my fiance are thinking of moving in together in the next year. we're gonna put our names on the housing list soon. I'm curious to find out how much the rent etc will cost, i only work park time and make like 60 to 80 pound a week cause im at full time college education and he is unemployed at the moment recieving money from the job centre.
Any idea about it let me know , its in west lothian council if anyone has a rough idea,

Resolved Question: what do u think of homeless Puppy on Christmas Day ?
The first unwanted puppy this Christmas was handed over to a rescue shelter on Christmas Day, a charity has said.
The Dogs Trust said a couple in Scotland had bought the puppy, called Theo, as a present to themselves but decided they couldn't look after him.
So they took Theo to the West Calder Rehoming centre in West Lothian where he is being cared for.
Staff at the centre are taking Theo home with them over Christmas, as they are worried he might get scared.

Voting Question: Is England being governed by the Scottish mafia?
This is what wikipedia says on the Scottish mafia:
The Scottish mafia, tartan mafia or Scottish Raj, is a pejorative term used by English nationalists for a group of Scottish Labour Party politicians and broadcasters who they believe have undue influence over the governance of England. The term is occasionally used in the UK press and in parliamentary debates.
References to a Scottish mafia are based on the perceived over-representation of Scottish Members of Parliament (MPs) in senior government posts (four cabinet ministers out of twenty four) and on the constitutional arrangements which give them a say in English affairs whilst denying English MPs and Scottish Westminster MPs a say in some Scottish affairs. The latter is known as the West Lothian question.

parents of pupils at Park head Primary school in West Lothian ,have been told that swapping christmas cards with pals is a waste of paper,what a rediculous situation.
staff have ruled that kids can send just one card to the class as part of a supposed eco-drive
why do people feel the need to spoil Christmas for kids?
It's a wonderful exciting time of year for them and swapping cards is all part of the fun .
That the news was broken in a letter makes the situation even more ironic

Resolved Question: Why do politicians from outside an area that wants to secede NEVER work with separatists?
Like the Tories in Britain with the SNP. I mean, basically they don't like Scotland and they want to put as much power in the hands of England as possible. They're also the ones who are most irked by the West Lothian question. So why doesn't Cameron just say, 'You know what, Alex? Fine! Leave if you want to!'
Same with Conservatives in Canada with the Parti Quebecois; they're always moaning about money from the West ending up in Quebec. So why doesn't Harper work with sovereigntists to lighten the Canadian load?
Then if it turns out that separation was a mistake, these right-wing parties could just be, like, 'Screw you guys, you wanted out and we're not letting you back in!'
