Does anyone know how much primelocation, rightmove and findaproperty.com charges to list houses with them? Do you have to do it through an estate agent or can you do it yourself. We hope we will get it! I love the open plan feel to it, and the combined elegance of modern and old. Do you like it? Would you live there? In response to one of your's questions, it has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms Dear KG, yes, I know the driveway is a little bit unattractive/bland, so when we get it, we are planning on adding a bit more of grass to the front, but there is a mighty big garden at the front, you can't see much of it, excep from the living/dining area picture, but that only displays a tinybit of the garden. I'm moving to the UK in a while and I wanted to know some general information. The house I'm looking to buy has a mortgage of 150 pounds and i was wondering does that mean per month or per week? It is my first house so can you please help? I was also wondering about how much electrical bills and water bills will be. Also I need to know how often taxes are paid and how much taxes are. Resolved Question: What to do if you're going to buy a house, and then feel that there may be other better properties?
What should you do if you're going to buy a house, and then feel that there may be other better properties out there? The vendor has agreed to sell his house to me, and I'm waiting for the survey result. However, in my last visit, I found out that some repairs are needed for this house. At the same time, at rightmove, primelocation, I saw some other attractive properties (I haven't viewed them yet). So now I'm in a "what-to-do?" situation? The contract is being done, but at the same time, I feel something better may be out there. Have you ever had a similar situation? What will you do? (more...)
