Open Question: Should the local government place limits on outsourcing?

However, its advantages secured its general adoption, and by 1812 there were 11,000 looms in use in France. The loom was declared public property in 1806, and Jacquard was rewarded with a pension and a royalty on each machine. Technology is a double edge sword. It can displace jobs and threaten people's livelihoods. The Internet makes it easy to communicate with someone far away. It also makes it easy for corporations to relocate jobs to countries with cheaper labour (India, China, Philippines, etc.). TRILINK ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS have three engineers(out of 4) served with memo, 7 workers(out of about 50) approaching Ministry of Labor for their grievances,(another 10 withdrew complaint under persuation), about 12 labours stuffed in many rooms in the labour camp, which has inadequate toilets and bathrooms, many not getting leave as per contract, contract inserted with huge repayment clauses without knowledge of workers so that they are harassed if they want to quit.Is there more companies like this exploiting workers in GULF?Shame to UAE !!! Open Question: Question about labour with baby #2?
Do 2nd babies usually come earlier tahn the first baby? I had my son at 38+2 weeks and he is now 11.5months old. I am 31 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and wondering if it's likely she will come earlier, like maybe 37 weeks? Also are 2nd labours usually much quicker/easier and less painful? I still remember the pain vividly and am a little scared!! I'm thinking i may go for an epi this time (i had gas/pethadeine last time) (more...)

Open Question: How long can labour be expected to be when it's been 16 years since last pregnancy?
I have 3 children 21, 20 and 16. I will be 38 when the 4th baby is born. Has anyone had a similar situation? I know I am starting all over family wise but will it be starting over labour wise as well. Like was with baby #1 {18 hours} baby #2 {4 hours} or as it was with baby # 3 {1 1/2 hours} * All my babies were born naturally, with no complications at all during pregnancy or birth* I would like to have straight up answers only please, No smart ellic replies thanks. lost mucous plug getting alot of bh there not sore but between yesterday and today im getting alot of cramping but my stomach goes hard only an odd time with them i have alot of back and leg pains loose stools to sorry tmi. i get back ache first then the cramps there not that bad but am i close to labour. has this happened to anyone b4 and wen did labour actually start. yes i did and sometimes its soft not hard as i said i can still talk threw the pains and i lost the plug 2 weeks ago bit by bit but there was alot of it (more...)
