Open Question: Check out what I built - any suggestions?
I'm going on a 3-day bus trip soon, and I wanted a way to charge my MP3 player. After considerable trial and error, tonight I built it. I took a computer server powerstrip with a backup battery, tore it apart, and removed the battery (12V 4ah). I then wired that to a cigarette lighter-type DC-to-AC converter. I then plugged a wall-socket adapter for my MP3 player into the converter, and plugged my MP3 player into that - and it works great! I put it all into a radio kit box (my dad's, from 1960...radio has been long lost, box was holding random wiring stuff) - it was the perfect size. I cut a small hole for the power cord and cutoff switch, and added cardboard and syrofoam (held together with duct tape) to act as separators and insulation. To charge, simply remove the blade connectors from the battery pack, and attach the blade connectors I installed on components taken from the mangled power strip (don't touch! lol) plug it in, turn it on, and voila! It charges. Below are various photos of it. Open Question: Good transport option from cancun to Tulum?
We are 2 adults and 2 young kids, we will stay in Hotel zone. We have to go to from Cancun to Tulum to ruins and the beach there. We do not want a combined tour that packs it with Xel-Ha or other stuff there. We want some semi-private or shuttle kind of service that can drop and pick us back. On way back we want to stop in Playa Del Carmen and then head back in similar transportation to Cancun hotel zone. Can King or anyone else suggest what transport option we have? Is there any tour that lets us do all this? Are there shuttles or buses we can use. We are not interested in using the Mexico public bus from city center. With young kids I am no sure how crowded and easy the bus will be and the walk in Tulum from bus stop to park and back will be. Thanks. (more...)

Open Question: Am I going to go to jail??
Yesterday I was playing basketball with my neighbor and we made a little wager. The loser of the game had to moon (bare ass) the school bus when it passed by. Anyways, I lost and when the bus came by, my pants came down. The bus driver, who was a female, slammed on the breaks and got off the bus and ran after us. We ran inside to hide from the beastly woman and then she told our neighbor that she knew our address and she was going to report me for indecent exposure to minors. The reason I'm really freaking out is because I am 18 as of two weeks ago so I don't know what will happen to me. I've read that I could face up to three years in prison, a ten thousand dollar fine, and worst of all, register as a level one sex offender. What do you guys think of what will happen to me. Open Question: How do Virgo men behave in general or when they like someone (only for horoscope believers)?
To cut a long story short, i shared classes with a guy this previous sem but didnt really notice him. on 2 co-incidental encounters, out mutual friend brought us out together for lunch. at first he seemed shy, the second time, my friend had to leave and he stuck around to talk though he had to go home. we spent 2 hours talking. he spoke alot abt himself at first, and was asking a few questions about me too. like what i did in my free time, whats my interests etc. we liked similar sports and shared same life values etc. all in all, hes one of those few guys ive met where ive felt an immense connection with. after that he had to go and though we were heading in dif directions, he asked me where i was going and folllowed. saying he could get a bus there. whilst walking he was asking qns. but suddenly, abruptly, he left for the washroom. later i saw him go over to speak to friends. i added him on facebook and msged him. firstly he was upbeat and really polite. next msg few weeks later, he was distant and rushed. he only speaks to me when we're strictly alone. i found out recently he lied to me. i know it sounds small - he joined a class which he told me he didnt want to last year. (maybe he changed his mind). are virgomen so distant/hot-andcold/fickle (and possibly liars)? im a capri woman and our signs're supposed to get on. but one thing capri women hate are people who lie or who give us insecurity. i dont know if im over reacting but i feel like moving on already. any thoughts? thanks (more...)

hi all this is a cool question and just like other guys i have the same feeling.but we have to solve this puzzle with me.the question is i travel from my home to office using private bus.he takes me first from my stop.then on 3rd stop he picks a lady.she is cool.i sit in the last row of the bus.whenever that lady gets in the Bus i start watching here.this is happeining from last three months.intially it was usaual.but from last 1.5 month i feel something for here.i then started watching here some times to here face some times in here eyes.some times i feel this she also gives same response whenever i start watching in here eyes and she started also continuesly sees me without any impression.but this happens occasinally.one important thing is that she belongs to different culture (Arab) and i belongs to different culture (Pakistan).her age is around 28-29 and i have the same age.i sits regularly on the same place in the bus with window seat. some times she sits in the same row with window seat in the same row. i wanna found here intensions about me.if there is no then i want to create in here for me. i dont know that looking her in eyes will take how long.the seat next to me always empty when she gets in the bus but she never sits besides me.may be she also wants to have window seat. the characteristics of that lady are 1) bold/Sober 2) beautifull 3) 5.5 height 4) healty 5) Arab from Lebnon or Egypt. 5) working lady 6) she behaves just like a Kid with here friends in the bus when they are in the bus some times. 7) brown here 8) usually dressed in jeans,shirts, what do you mean by nice feet (more...)
